dc.description.abstract	The company was incorporated on 30th Sept. 1991 and obtained certificate of commencement on 3rd Dec. 1991. Initially the company had setup 75,000 TPA solvent extraction plant (SEP). and 15,000 TPA vegetable oil refinery at MIDC Chincholi, Solapur (Maharashtra) which commenced commercial production in the month of March 1993 and November 1993 respectively. Sangli units of the company commenced commercial] production of vegetable oils in Sept. 1992 having installed capacity of 7.500 TPA and 15,000 TPA respectively.
